Job Title: HVAC Service Technician (Residential & Commercial)

About the Role
We're looking for an experienced HVAC Service Technician who can work independently and handle a wide range of residential and commercial service, maintenance, and installation work. Compensation

• Competitive base pay, calculated on your knowledge and experience. Range is $24-$32 per hour to be negotiated during the hiring process.

• Quarterly bonuses paid on top of base pay.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential and commercial HVAC systems at an intermediate to advanced service level.

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on residential and commercial equipment.

• Install and start up HVAC systems in new construction projects.

• Work independently in the field, managing service calls from start to finish.

• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers about issues, repairs, and recommendations.

Requirements

• 3+ years of commercial and residential HVAC experience working without supervision or instruction.

• Intermediate to advanced service and troubleshooting capabilities.

• New construction install and start-up experience.

• Valid driver's license.

• Authorized to work in the United States.

Preferred

• Industrial HVAC experience.

Certification & Training

• EPA certification is not required. We'll help you obtain it after hire if you do not have it.

• On-site and classroom training available through Airworx to keep your skills sharp and help you grow.
