-Yearly plan is $250 per year

-One time $150

-$100 per additional system (applies to both plans)

-Commercial Customers will need to call for specific pricing as these will vary

• Being informed on the overall status of your equipment

• Preventative fixes caught before breakdown

• Discounts on Repair and Diagnostic fees

• Peace of mind

• Our yearly maintenance plan customers save 10% on system repairs. Your emergency service calls go from $100 to $60.

• Coils, electrical cabinets and exterior of units will be cleaned on all visits.
